人格特質對旅遊資訊蒐集及旅遊風險知覺影響之研究 -以苗栗縣國中教師為例

休閒活動在現今社會中日益重要，現代人壓力大，工作、家庭、學業的壓力都無時無刻籠罩在日常生活中，如何調節自我壓力變成現代人相當重要的課題。隨著周休二日假日的實施，國人從事旅遊活動及機會也越來越多。然不同人格特質的人對於旅遊風險知覺感受不一，有些人會充分蒐集資訊，又有些人無任何規劃，當然二者之間所面臨的旅遊風險也不同。
本研究採立意問卷調查法，調查400位苗栗縣國中教師，回收348份有效問卷，結果顯示：
一、苗栗縣國中教師人格特質對旅遊資訊蒐集態度有顯著影響。
二、苗栗縣國中教師人格特質對旅遊風險知覺有顯著影響。
三、苗栗縣國中教師資訊蒐集的方式對於旅遊風險知覺有顯著影響。
研究結果建議 ：
苗栗縣教師「人格特質」屬友善型、「資訊蒐集」屬人際非商業分數最高、「旅遊風險知覺」則以醫療風險最重視。後續研究者可以從其他的角度思考，對於如何提高教師對風險資訊的了解的意願，如何讓風險資訊用淺顯易懂的文字深植人心，並做為未來教師作更深層的探究，以獲得更大的實際效益。

Abstract content
Leisure activities are more and more important in current society. People nowadays have heavy pressure from job, family, and studies in daily life everywhere and any time. How to adjust self-stress becomes a very important subject for people. Since the implementation of two-day weekend, people in Taiwan have more time and opportunities to participate in traveling activities. However, people with different characteristics have different perception in travel risk. Some would collect relevant information fully to ensure the safety, and on contrary, some would not do anything. Of course, people with different choices will face different traveling risk.
This study was conducted by using a questionnaire with purposive sample. 400 junior high school teachers in Miaoli county are the target population for the study and the effective respondent questionnaire are 348. After the data analysis, the findings and conclusions for the study are summarized as follows:
1.The characteristics of junior high school teachers in Miaoli county show a remarkable effect toward the attitude of collecting traveling information
2.The characteristics of junior high school teachers in Miaoli county show a remarkable effect toward the perception of traveling risk.
3.The ways that junior high school teachers in Miaoli county collect information show a remarkable effect toward the perception of traveling risk.
Researchers interested in this category can develop further research from other viewpoints, like how to enhance the motivation of the risk information understanding, and how to use simple and easily realized words to transmit risk information to publics in order to gain bigger effectiveness for traveling risk development.
