以精實創新方法建構創造力教育產學共構平台之研究

摘要


競爭指標從「知識經濟時代」到現在的「創新經濟時代」已經成為全球性議題,所有組織都必須轉型以面對未來的快速變動,除了比別人知道更多的資訊、知識外,還必須將這些資訊和知識商品化。因此,具有「創造性」的人才變成社會搶手貨。臺灣現在多數人不喜歡勞力的工作,引用外來勞工的比例越來越高,然而能夠發現問題的往往是第一線的現場作業人員,在語言不通的情況下光要進行會議都有困難,要進一步談創新更是個不小的挑戰。回到台灣在地的人才培訓情況,近年年輕世代當道,他們的學生時期大部分時間放在才藝班、補習班、或者課後自習,訴求不希望「輸在未來競爭的起跑點上」而努力拿好成績,在離開學校競技場後發現對未來出路沒有概念。失去對周遭事物的想法和熱情的畢業生,甚至在進入非專業的職場還必須花很長的時間去適應。在不斷被打擊自信的環境下,難以培養出具「創造性」的人才。本研究以大專院校學生作為研究對象,試圖改善上述的社會環境。 本研究先提出台灣教育必須改變的動機,並以故事情境和他國教育方式尋找可行方法,最後利用精實創新方法,規畫出適合輔助平台運作的商業模式。藉由產學合作教育,重拾台灣學生成就感與熱情並回饋社會,是平台建構所追求的最終目標!

A global issues about "Knowledge Economy" to "Innovation Economy" in The Competition Benchmark. Every enterprises all need to face the rapid changes in future. We not only have most information and knowledge than other, we transform these information and knowledge to be commodification. As such, somebody have "Create Ability" and more Enterprises want to hire them. More people don't want to do the career about labor force in Taiwan nowadays, and they use these adventive labor more and more. But, these people in the front line of production can find the problem. It's difficult on meeting due to the language barrier, and it's a big challenge for Innovation of these industries. The event is happened about personnel training in Taiwan, this is a young's generations, they spent most of the time for enrichment classes, tutorial course, or after-school study hall in student period. They got Good grades for A aim ,"Don't lose on competition starting point", and they found no notion for self career after leaving school. These graduate lost independent thinking and zeal from surroundings, and they need to spend more time on adaptation about non-professional workplace. These young lose confidence again and again, it's the difficulty on "Create Ability" training. The research object is Academical student in the study, and try to improve the above Social circumstances. The research point motivation of Taiwan educational system need to change, and then Using Story-Situational-method and other countries educational search feasible way. finally, planning A Business model of auxiliary tool for platform operation by Using Lean Innovation Methodology. Hope to find back Taiwan students' accomplishment sense and zeal in industry-academia collaborative education, and they contribute society, this is the main objective from platform constructivism.
