漆彈槍撞機設計與流程探討

摘要


近年來產品發展的週期性越來越短,趨勢也為多樣化產品,在漆彈槍領域開發設計時,大部分的研發人員主要憑經驗與誤試而達成,此種方式設計不僅會延遲開發的時效性,也會因為流程中人員的經驗不足與失策而耗費許多人力及成本。產品開發時程的掌握度困難讓新產品常是無法拔得頭籌的慢一步推上市場,良好的產品設計流程對於產品開發專案成功與否有著決定性的影響,而要達成「最佳化」更是困難。 本研究藉由電腦輔助設計、電腦輔助製造、模擬分析與實驗驗證,而提升設計時效性及縮短流程提高品質良率;改善漆彈槍設計程序所面臨迭代及反覆重工的問題,以達到縮短產品設計開發週期有及降低成本,提升漆彈槍效能;提供更嚴謹的製造流程與測試條件並作為未來工業設計師進行產品設計時之參考依據。

Nowadays the period of product developed is very tight, the tendency is also to create multi-products. Most of R&D personnel are taking their experiences or error testing to archive on field of paintball gun design and creation. There is not only waste time but also waste cost by this way because people do not have professional knowledge and enough experiences. The new products can not be able to have the opportunities to establish highly competent through the rapid growth of markets the mainly problem is controlling of development schedule. The new product will be success or not which is in terms of product design and process. To achieve the best is more difficult. This research is based on assist of computer-aided design, computer-aided manufacturing、simulation analyze and identification of experimentation to improve effectiveness on design, shorten the process and improve percentage of good quality products. If we can avoid the repeated work and modify design frequently that cost, period of product design can be reduced and advance paintball gun efficacy. Provide more stringent manufacturing processes and test conditions, and industrial designer products for the future design of reference.
