本研究旨在探討親職教育方案對紓解弱勢單親家長親職壓力之成果。研究者招募台中市大肚區某國小弱勢單親家長為研究對象,依自願參與實驗處理為實驗組,無法參與實驗處理為控制組。實驗組接受三梯次的二小時靜態親職講座與三小時親子互動活動課程,每梯次五小時,總計十五小時的「親職教育方案」,控制組不接受實驗處理;以「親職壓力簡式版」進行前、後測及追蹤測驗,所得資料進行獨立樣本t檢定與成對樣本t檢定進行分析。另外又根據「單元回饋表」、「總回饋單」、「活動過程紀錄表」及錄音與訪談記錄,進行活動過程與個別成員分析。 本研究之主要結論如下: 一、弱勢單親家長的親職壓力有較高的情形。 二、親職教育方案對弱勢單親家長的親職壓力有顯著立即改變的效果。 三、親職教育方案對弱勢單親家長的親職壓力在「親子失功能互動分量表」有顯著立即的效果;而「父母困擾分量表」與「困難兒童分量表」無顯著立即的效果。 四、親職教育方案對弱勢單親家長的親職壓力沒有顯著延宕的效果;在「親子失功能互動分量表」、「父母困擾分量表」與「困難兒童分量表」均無顯著延宕效果。 五、動態式親職教育能夠紓解弱勢單親家長的親職壓力。 最後,研究者針對研究結果加以討論,並據此提供若干建議給未來研究與實務者參考。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the outcome of the disadvantaged single parents parenting stress of parenting education program to relieve . The researchers recruit the Taichung City the Tatu Area Elementary vulnerable single parents for the study, voluntary participation by the experimental treatment as the experimental group, unable to participate in experimental treatment for the control group. The experimental group received the three-echelon static about two hours of parenting seminars and three hours of parent-child interaction activities course , five hours per echelon, total 15-hour parenting education program, the control group does not receive the experimental treatment; Parenting Stress Index :Short Form " pre-test, post-test and track test, information obtained independent sample t test with paired samples t-test analysis. In addition, a record according to the process of "unit feedback form, feedback sheets, activities table and recordings with interviews, analysis of activities in the process of individual members. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.A disadvantaged single parents have higher parenting stress. 2.Parenting education program for disadvantaged single parents parenting stress have a significant immediate effect of the change. 3.Parenting education program for disadvantaged single parents parenting stress in Parent-child Dysfunctional interaction subscales has significant immediate effect; "Parental Distress subscale and Difficult Child subscale have not significant immediate effect. 4.Parenting education program for disadvantaged single parents parenting stress did not significantly delay the effect; in the " Parent-child Dysfunctional interaction subscales "," Parental Distress subscale "and" Difficult Child subscale There were no significant delay effect. 5. Dynamic parenting education can relieve parenting stress of disadvantaged single parents. Finally, the researchers looked at the results to be discussed, and accordingly provides a number of recommendations for future research and practice by reference.
