大學生之同志接受度、同志婚姻合法化接受度及相關因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生對同志的接受度。以大學生為對象,分析大學生對同志婚姻合法化接受度現況,以及了解大學生對男同志與女同志接受度情形,並分析不同背景對象大學生對男同志與女同志接受度之差異。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以台中地區公私立普通大學及公私立科技大學學生為母群體,樣本總數600人,有效回收555份,所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、相依樣本t考驗等統計方法進行分析。 所得研究結果如下: 一、整體而言,大學生對男同志及女同志的婚姻合法化,和與男同志及女同志的關係是陌生他人、是師長、是同儕、是親人的接受度皆趨於正向接受狀態。 二、不同背景之大學生對男同志接受度是有差異的,這些背景因素包括:性別、性傾向、接觸同志經驗和宗教信仰。 三、不同背景之大學生對女同志接受度是有差異的,這些背景因素包括:性別、性傾向、接觸同志經驗和宗教信仰。 四、大學生對男同志與女同志的接受度是有差異的,這些差異表現在同志婚姻合法化態度,以及與同志的關係是陌生他人、師長關係、同儕關係、親人關係上。 最後依據研究結果提出建議,作為相關單位及未來研究之參考。

This study aimed to investigate college students’ acceptance of homosexuality. Having college students as our participants, we analyze their acceptance of legalizing same-sex marriage, understand their degree of acceptance of gay men and lesbians, and analyze the difference in acceptance of gay men and lesbians due to students’ various personal backgrounds. This study uses questionnaire to collect data. Our target population is all the enrollments of public and private colleges and colleges of technology, in the great Taichung area. There are 555 valid respondents out of a sample of 600 students. The data is analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, paired t-test, and other statistical methods. Our findings are: 1. In general, students tend to have positive acceptance of legalizing same-sex marriage, and positive acceptance of having homosexuals around as strangers, teachers, schoolmates, or family members. 2. Students’ degree of acceptance of gay men varies with different personal backgrounds, including students’ gender, sexual orientation, past experience related to homosexuality, and religion. 3. Students’ degree of acceptance of lesbians varies with different personal backgrounds, including students’ gender, sexual orientation, past experience related to homosexuality, and religion. 4. There is a difference between the degree of acceptance of gay men and that of lesbians. This difference exists in terms of students’ attitude toward legalizing same-sex marriage, and whether their relationship with the homosexual person is strangers, teacher-student, schoolmates, or family members. According to our findings, we will offer some suggestions that might be helpful for further studies.
