近年來製造業不僅著重在製程的改進對於管理議題也不遺餘力,資訊科技在這兩方面也都給予相當大的支持與改善。然而大型變壓器產品有著高度客製化的特性,報價前需經過設計單位估算人工與材料成本、業務單位估算管銷成本及利潤;採購零組件時,也需要供應商配合,協同設計客製化的重要零組件。因此,其生產流程之改善顯得格外重要。本論文旨在利用服務導向分析塑模方法論分析大型變壓器生產商務流程,以詢報價流程為例進行服務分析、設計和實作。研究結果顯示,服務導向分層架構下大型變壓器生產商務流程對應到各抽象的服務層,具備有服務再用性、組合性的原則,可提高流程的彈性,能支援往後需求變更時之敏捷因應。
Information technology has been very helpful in improving both manufacturing process and management for manufacturing industry. However, products of large-scale power transformer are highly customized which need sales and design departments to cooperate estimating cost and profit before quoting. In addition, collaborative design of the key components with supplier is also required during parts procurement. Thus, production process improvement is critical. In this thesis, we adopt the mainstream SOA methodology to analyze and design the manufacturing process of power transformer using the quotation-inquiry process as example. Results show that under the designed SOA layer services can meet the process requirement with the features of reusability and composability, thus increasing process flexibility and supporting its agility due to process change.
