安全監控產業的應用與發展趨勢－以「智慧家庭」監控市場為例

摘要

回顧1998年以來，安全監控系統己演變從類比式走向現今數位化、網路化、無線化及系統整合化。高解析度攝影機搭配具備影像智慧分析能力的監控軟體將成為趨勢，以滿足隨著整體社會經濟成長，人們對居家安全與遠距照護服務的市場需求。

本研究結果發現全球在智慧家庭監控產品應用與解決方案的發展趨勢如下：在台灣，國內市場寬頻普及率高、基礎環境發展成熟，再加上政府政策的推動，安全監控、保全、醫療、建築與電信服務等業者積極整合監控系統、行動通訊科技及產品相容性趨勢發展來滿足居家安全需求。日本與韓國關注整合應用與服務的整體解決方案、歐美則是對社會福利與身心障礙者的遠距醫療照護較有興趣。

安全監控產業提供了社會所需要的安全基礎設備，隨著安控設備的無所不在，也讓個人隱私是否受到侵害，成為另一個必須要重視的議題。因此，如何確保與隱私相關的資料不會被盜取及濫用，相信除了是安全監控業者的努力目標外，可能帶動另一波安防相關軟體發展的機會。

Since 1998, through the development of technology, safety monitoring system has been evolved from analog to digital, internet, wireless, and system integration. High resolution camera integrated with image analysis software will be the trend to meet the market demand of intelligent home and telecare that have been increased along with the growth of socio-economics.

It was found that the growth of domestic safety monitoring industry has been accelerated due to the mature of broadband infrastructure as well as the government industrial promotion policy. The safety monitoring system integrated with intelligent home appliances, telecare, and mobile devices will meet the trend of local market demands. In order to meet this trend of integrated safety monitoring service demands some brand manufacturers in Japan and Korea have been adopted a vertical/ horizontal value chain cooperative business model, specifically. Other than intelligent home and telecare applications. Social welfare and disables are also the areas interested to the American and European societies..

While we enjoy the safety and telecare provided by these newly development equipments privacy issue has been arised in line with. It becomes urgent to solve privacy issue not only legally but also technically.
