學校教職員工認知社會責任對組織公民行為之研究影響

A Study on Impact of School Employees' Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility on Organizational Citizenship Behavior

摘要


本文的研究目的在探討學校教職員工認知社會責任對組織公民行為之研究影響,主要是採問卷調查法,並且以南部地區(台南至屏東)的學校教職員工為研究對象,共計發出200份問卷,回收200份問卷,篩檢無效問卷1份,有效問卷共計199份,其有效回收率為99.7%。並採用SPSS軟體作為統計分析的工具,就樣本以描述性統計分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析(one-Way ANOVA)、迴歸分析等方法進行分析,研究結果發現:1、個人基本變項對企業社會責任各構面部份具有顯著差異。2、個人基本變項對組織公民行為各構面部份具有顯著差異。3、企業社會責任除社區面外,其餘構面(學生面、員工面、環境面、經濟面)對組織公民行為具有正向預測力。

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of cognitive social responsibility on the behavior of organizational citizenship, which is mainly the questionnaire survey method, and the school staff in the southern region (Tainan to Pingtung) as the research object, a total of 200 questionnaires, The recovery of 200 questionnaires, screening invalid questionnaires 1, a total of 199 effective questionnaires, the effective recovery rate of 99.7%. SPSS and AMOS statistical window software as a statistical analysis tool, the sample to descriptive statistical analysis, t test, one-way ANOVA analysis, regression analysis and other methods to analyze the results found: 1, Individual basic variables have significant differences in corporate social responsibility. 2, individual basic variables on the organizational behavior of the citizens have a significant difference. 3, corporate social responsibility of the faculties and organizational citizenship behavior has a significant correlation. 4, corporate social responsibility and organizational citizenship behavior has a positive predictive power.
