本研究旨在探討性教育生活技能教學方案對七年級學生的學習成效及評價,並探討教學介入後,對七年級學生性知識、性態度與行為意向之立即成效與延宕效果。 本研究採用類實驗設計之「實驗組對照組前測後測設計」,以立意取樣中部某中學七年級四個班級共133人學生為研究對象,實驗組學生接受五個單元共計10小時之性教育生活技能教學課程,而對照組學生不予以任何相關課程。 研究對象在介入前一週同時接受前測,後測則於教學介入後一週進行,於教學介入後八週進行延宕測驗。所得資料以卡方檢定、成對樣本t檢定等進行分析,評估兩組學生在性知識性態度行為意向之改變情形,所得研究結論如下: 一、 性教育生活技能教學方案介入後,能立即顯著增進七年級學生之「性知識」、「性態度」與「行為意向」的成效 二、 性教育生活技能教學方案介入八週後,實驗組學生之「性知識」及「性態度」之進步有持續效果,而「行為意向」增進的持續效果則不顯著 三、 實驗組學生有九成以上對此教學方案感到喜歡並覺得有幫助,且希望未來能繼續施行相關課程。 根據本研究結果,可提供國內推行性健康促進議題及相關研究之參考。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of life skills teaching program in sexual education on the seventh grade students’ sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and sexual behavior intension. The quasi-experimental research method was used in this study. In total, 133 students in four classes in a junior high school in Central Taiwan were recruited by purposive sampling. The subjects were divided into the experimental group (n=69) and control group (n=64). The students in the experimental group received five units of sex education life skills teaching courses for ten hours while the students in the control group did not. A self-administered structured questionnaire was designed to serve as the pre-test and post-test instrument. The questionnaire consists of four parts: demographic data, knowledge (r=0.70), attitude (Cronbach’s α=0.84), and behavioral intention (Cronbach’s α=0.87). All the participants took the pretest one week before the intervention and took the posttest one week after the intervention, and the post posttest was conducted eight weeks after the intervention. The study results are as follows: 1. One week after the intervention of the sex education life skills teaching program, the “sexual knowledge,” “sexual attitude,” and “sexual behavior intention” of the students in the experimental group showed instantly significant improvement. 2. Eight weeks after the intervention of the sex education life skills teaching program, the “sexual knowledge” and “sexual attitude” of the students in the experimental group continued to make progress, while the sustainability of the “sexual behavior intention” was not significant. 3. More than 90% of the students in the experimental group liked the teaching program and found it helpful. They hope that related programs will continue to be implemented in the future. The results of this study shall serve as a reference for the domestic implementation of heath promotion related issues and other related studies.
