本論文研製之「職場靈性對工作績效及工作價值觀之影響-以F保險公司為例」,採用人員問卷訪問並採便利抽樣調查的方式進行。共發放600份問卷,回收有效問卷404份,主要使用SPSS統計軟體來完成敘述性統計分析、信度分析、效度分析、探索性因素分析、t檢定及變異數分析、迴歸分析…等研究方式與技術,藉此瞭解職場靈性對工作績效及工作價值觀之影響,可供日後保險產業業者參考。 經由量化檢驗分析之結果中發現:(一) 「職場靈性」、「工作績效」及「工作價值觀」三變項間有顯著相關。(二) 「職場靈性」對「工作績效」有正向影響。(三) 「職場靈性」對「工作價值觀」有正向影響。(四)「工作價值觀」對「工作績效」有正向影響。顯示,保險從業人員之職場靈性、工作績效與工作價值觀之間有正向顯著影響。由此可證明,對於保險產業業者而言,若能透過教育訓練或工作環境之塑造,藉此提升保險從業人員之職場靈性,對於從業人員之工作績效及工作價值觀將有正向助益。
This thesis, “The Effect of Workplace Spirituality on Job Performance and Work Value -- The Case of F Insurance Company”, adopts questionnaire interview, which was conducted with convenience sampling. Six hundred (600) questionnaires were distributed, and four hundred four(404) valid copies were collected. This survey mainly adopted SPSS statistical program to process analytical methods and techniques, such as descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, T-test, ANOVA, regression analysis, and more. The above analyses will help understand the effect of workplace spirituality on job performance nad work value, can serve as a future reference for insurance company about their business operation. The quantitative analysis reveals that (1) there is a significant correlation between "Workplace Spirituality", "Job Performance", and "Work Value"; (2) "Workplace Spirituality" has a positive effect on "Job Performance"; (3)" Workplace Spirituality " has a positive effect on "Work Value"; (4) "Work Value" has a positive effect on " Job Performance". These indicate that there is a significant positive effect within instant Insurance agent' workplace spirituality, job performance, and work value. Basing on the findings, insurance company are suggested to enhance workplace spirituality by educationand training and molding a good work environment. In this way, job performance and work value will be expected.
