信用卡持卡人信用態度與消費行為之探討

摘要


本研究首先將信用卡持卡人劃分成「循環型用戶」、「便利型用戶」及「閒置型用戶」等三類型,並利用交叉分析探討信用態度類型在社經背景消費行為之差異,並接著應用雙因子變異數分析探討各信用態度集群與消費類型在知覺價值、關係品質與關係結果之差異;最後則利用迴歸分析探討影響信用卡持卡人違約可能性的相關因素;並探討不同信用態度類型的持卡人在違約機率上的差異。 研究結果顯示:(1)「循環型用戶」使用循環信用比例及未按期償還債務最高且與信用卡公司互動頻繁,但卻是違約的高風險集群;(2)信用態度集群與消費類型在知覺價值上呈現顯著的交叉效果。(3) 三種信用態度集群在「隨意型購買者」的知覺價值皆高於「有計畫購買者」;(4)信用卡持卡人的社經背景、消費特質及信用態度皆與違約因素具差異性 (5)「循環型用戶」持卡人在信用卡違約風險上高於「便利型用戶」與「閒置型用戶」。

This research first divides of the credit card cardholder three types --「Revolvers user」, 「Convenience user」 and 「Inactive user」 , and using the cross-over analysis discussion credit manner type in society difference of after the background consumer behavior, connects in parallel fashion is applying the double factor variance analysis to discuss various credits manner colony and the consumption type difference in consciousness value, the relational quality and the relational result; Break a contract using the regression analysis discussion influence credit card cardholder the possible correlation factor finally; And discusses the different credit manner type cardholder's in violation probability difference. The research findings showed: (1) 「Revolvers user」 the use circulation credit proportion and on time the repayment of debt to be highest, and interacts frequently with the credit card company, but is actually the violation high risk colony. (2) credit manner colony and the consumption type presents the remarkable overlapping effect in consciousness value. (3) three kind of credit manner colony in 「Optional buyer」 consciousness value is higher than 「Plan buyer」. (4) credit card cardholder society after the background, the expense special characteristic and the credit manner all has the difference with the violation factor . (5) 「Revolvers user」 the cardholder to be higher than 「Convenience user」 and 「Inactive user」in the credit card violation risk.
