摘要

現今社會的人口結構逐漸邁向高齡化社會，加上少子化的趨勢，未來會有相當多的小家庭和父母都在外工作的情形發生。因此，戰後嬰兒潮那一代的人口會相當多缺少子女照顧的情況發生，加上年老時較易患有慢性病，需要服用相當多種的藥品，如果不遵醫囑服用藥物除了會降低藥物控制效果之外，對於社會健保成本也將造成負擔。無線射頻識別 (RFID)系統和無線區域網路整合在許多產業應用包括在居家照護方面具有無限潛能，為了讓外出工作的子女不用擔心患有慢性病的長輩是否有按時服用藥物，因此而有智慧型藥櫃的概念產生。本論文在第一章簡述研究動機和目的，並於第二章相關文獻裡探討IPv6的研究及RFID的技術應用回顧，之後將提出新的概念使用IPv6結合RFID智慧型藥櫃及相關設備，達到在外出時仍可使服藥記錄不中斷並且提醒受照護者要準時服藥，第四章實證目前研究結果。最後一章說明本文的結論和提出未來要發展的方向。

Due to the ageing of world’s population，costs for healthcare are getting higher and higher due partially to people who failed to comply with their medication regimens costing billion per year and affecting few million patients。This paper presents a combination of IPv6 network and RFID-based medication error monitoring system integrating with Wi-Fi and GSM wireless communication techniques that is able to collect user’s medicine-taking records any time、anywhere as reference for the purpose of proper diagnosis and reduce the healthcare costs as a result
