影響台灣地區民眾與身心障礙者電腦及網路使用行為之相關因素探討

The Use of Computer/Internet and Its Associated Factors Among People and the Disable in Taiwan

摘要

本研究目的為探討影響台灣地區民眾與身心障礙者其電腦及網路使用行為之相關因素。採用行政院研究考核委員會「2007年數位落差調查報告」次級資料庫，進行横斷性研究與資料分析。　　
　　預測台灣地區民眾電腦使用行為之邏輯斯迴歸模型發現，年齡層愈低、教育程度愈高、有工作者、家庭收入愈高、居住在南部地區，以及家中擁有電腦設備之民眾，其曾經使用過電腦的機率則愈高；在網路使用行為方面，年齡層愈低、教育程度愈高、有工作者、家庭收入愈高、而家中擁有電腦設備之民眾，其曾經使用過網路的機率則愈高。
另外，針對身心障礙者，預測其電腦使用行為之邏輯斯迴歸模型發現，輕度肢體障礙者，年齡層愈低、教育程度愈高、居住在北部、偏遠地區的居民，且家中擁有電腦設備之身障者，其曾經使用過電腦的機率會愈高；而在網路使用行為方面，教育程度愈高以及家中擁有電腦設備之身障者，曾使用網路的機率會較高。
　　經本研究結果，歸納影響台灣地區民眾與身心障礙者電腦及網路使用行為之相關因素，針對台灣地區民眾與身心障礙者的電腦網路使用環境，尋找出可供改善的契機。藉由建立優質的網路使用環境，進而改善我國數位落差之問題。

The purpose of the study is to explore the use of computer, internet and its associated factors among people and disable in Taiwan. The study used the data set of the 2007 Digital Divide In Taiwan survey conducted by RDEC.
　　This study found that groups of younger, higher education level, have job, higher household income, those who living in the southern region those who own computer were more likely to be associated with ever used computer. Among those who ever used computer, the groups of younger, higher education level, have job, higher household income, and those who own computer were more likely to be associated with ever used internet.
　　In the study of disables, groups of physical disables, younger, higher education level, those who living in the northern region , living in the rural area, and those who own computer were more likely to be associated with ever used computer. Among those disables who ever used computer, groups of higher education level and those who own computer were more likely to be associated with ever used internet.
　　This study found the associated factors which influencing the use of computer and internet among people and disables. The results provide the possible solution of improving the internet environment for them. After better internet environment been established, then the problem of digital divide could be solved.
