RFID門禁點名系統之研究

摘要


無線射頻辨識系統(Radio Frequency Identification;RFID)是近年十分熱門的話題,其應用的範圍普及各行各業,如果可以妥善的建置RFID系統將可以改善作業效率,降低作業成本,更可以獲得更可觀的利潤。 本研究主要是利用RFID,結合學員識別證以及簡單的照片資訊,發展出一套點名管理系統,因為RFID有無法輕易複製變造的特性,配合一些個人的生物資訊,例如指紋,對於身分的辨識,具有很高的辨識度。我們利用學員識別證上的RFID電子標籤,對應系統內事先建立的學員照片資訊,先確定身份,再顯示在座位表上,搭配出入的記錄,使教師可以儘速完成點名程序,掌握學生動態,達到門禁管理並完成點名程序的功能,這種方法除了能夠輕易的,有效的解決一般識別證容易被偽造的問題,也能有效率的完成課堂上每日所必須進行的繁複點名程序。 另外在系統上還衍生出其它應用,書籍管理系統讓學員領書和借還書變得更容易且更好管理,而影印系統更能提升行政人員的行政效率。此系統的優點是系統簡單,只須要在一般識別證加上RFID電子標籤,並建立學員照片資訊系統以及搭配座位表、書籍資訊以及影印儲值功能即可,所須成本少,技術難度較低,能有效仿偽,再加上適度安排進出動線,沒有RFID讀取準確度及多重讀取的問題,而學員進出記錄還能計算出席率提供成績參考等運用。

Radio frequency identification (RFID) is considered as a very hot topic in recent years and its scope of applications can be spread out diversified trade and business. If the installation of RFID system is carried suitably, the system can well improve the efficiency of operation, and lower operation cost, helping to achieve significant amount of profit. The primary objective of this study is to make use of RFIS, integrating with student car and simple photo information to develop a set of roll-call management system. Since RFID is found with the feature that it cannot be easily duplicated, if it is combined with biological information of individuals, such as finger-print, it can provide very high degree of identification for identity. We have exploited the RFID electronic tag on the student card in correspondence to the photo information of students previously established within the system to confirm identity. Afterwards, it will indicate on the seating table, coping with record of sign-in and sign-out, so that teachers can quickly complete the procedure of roll-call, and master the whereabouts of students, achieving the management of entrance-control as well as the function of roll-call procedure. For this method, it can easily and effectively resolve the problem that regular ID can be counterfeited, and also efficiently complete the sophisticated roll-call procedure that has to be done in class everyday. In addition, the system has been further derived with other applications. For instances, book management system can help students to collect and borrow book more easily and be more simple with management; for copying system, it can help enhance administration efficiency for administration staff. Besides, the advantage of this system is that it is simply, and it would only take ID with RFID electronic tag, and then install the photo information of students and seating table, book information, and charge-added copying function before it can start operation. As such, the cost needed is minimal, with low technical threshold, and it can effectively prevent counterfeit. If further path of movement can be suitably arranged, there won’t be any problem with fetching accuracy and multi-fetching for RFID. As for sign-in and sign-out of students, the system can also calculate the attendance to provide score reference for utility.
