志願服務參與動機及滿意度之研究-以新北市莊敬高職志工服務隊為例

摘要

志願服務自古以來一直是民眾的自發性行為，志願服務可說是一種公共參與，可以增進民眾體認和具備集體社會生活共存共榮之價值，產生互助合作的公共責任與服務意識，以利建構全民共有的民主社會。在現今越來越重視志願服務的環境下，青少年對於志願服務的參與動機以及其工作當中的滿意度又是如何？因此本研究將藉由了解新北市莊敬高職志工服務隊來深入探討志願服務工作參與情形並加以分析，以了解其對學生影響為何，希冀能有助於相關單位對青少年志願服務之推動。
本研究之目的主要為：瞭解志願服務者參與動機與工作滿意度之現況；探討青少年志願服務之參與動機及其影響因素；探討青少年志願服務之工作滿意度及其影響因素；探討青少年志願服務之參與動機與工作滿意度的關係；根據研究發現，提供青少年志工、志工運用單位與政府政策制訂相關建議及參考。
研究結果得知參與動機與工作滿意度構面間具有正向相關性，並達顯著水準；本研究發現：目前高職學生對於參與志願服務之意願並不低，且對於其志願服務的整體滿意度也是呈現滿意的狀態。
