國中女生校園霸凌之探討

摘要


本論文採問卷調查法,以自填式問卷為研究工具,主要目的在於探討國中女學生對於校園霸凌的態度,及影響國中女學生校園霸凌態度的因素,並進而分析影響校園霸凌態度的預測力。 本研究以南投縣某國中之女學生為對象,共發出470 份問卷,回收466 份,回收率99%,有效問卷451 份,問卷可用率達95%。調查所得資料以簡單迴歸分析進行處理,本研究發現如下: 一、研究對象對於校園霸凌的態度,以輕度校園霸凌較為普遍,且高於中度校園霸凌,而中度校園霸凌又高於重度校園霸凌。 二、影響輕度校園霸凌因素中,情緒控制、溝通技巧、學校領導、師生關係、學習適應,對於校園霸凌態度有顯著相關性,然而自我概念及家庭親密感此兩因素則無顯著相關。 最後,根據研究結果提出努力的方向:老師多重視學生融入學校生活的情況,多傾聽、了解,公平客觀看待每個學生,避免隱瞞事實。校方以開放的態度,使學生願意敞開心胸、不受壓抑,應該能改善校園霸凌在校園中所產生的影響。

Questionnaires are used to collect data and to analyze female junior high school students’ attitude toward campus bully. The intention of this study is to examine the predictability of each pre-assumed variables. Participants are 470 female junior high school students in Nantou County, 95% of useable responses out of a 99% response rate were collected. Simple regression is applied o analyze the data. Conclusions of this study are: 1. Most of students believe that lesser-degree campus bully is common. They also believe the frequency of the severe-degree campus bully would be rarer. 2. Emotional control, communication skills, school leadership, relationship between teachers and students and learning adjustment are all significant predictors toward lesser-degree campus bully. Self concept and family cohesion are insignificant. Based on the results, teachers should pay more attention to help student fit in the school, be fair and stay objective. More listening and understanding are needed of the teachers. When campus bully happens,teachers must not cover the issue. To decrease the impact of campus bully, school authority should encourage students to be more open-minded and should not depress students.
