運用RFID建構特教生校園安全資訊系統─以國小特教班為例

摘要


學校有義務形塑健康、快樂、安全、溫馨的校園,提供優質的學習環境與內涵,讓學生能夠快樂學習成長,特教生(本文所指為身心障礙學生)除了在教育學習上比一般學生更需要協助與照護外,在校園活動的安全維護更是基本的需求。 所以特教生校園安全維護一直為各學校所重視。藉由RFID技術的特性,使學校在追蹤學生位置動向、進行安全防護更容易掌握,期望從事特殊教育人員可以因為這套系統獲得較多的便利,提高教育的活動效率並確實達到最佳的學生安全防護。 利用RFID 讀取器、標籤可讀寫的特性與資料庫結合,規劃一個特教生校園安全資訊系統,此系統流程運用RFID的即時性與標籤可讀寫的特性,可進行特教生校園活動區域的行蹤位置回報工作,並透過資料庫與特教生校園安全資訊程式判別是否有異常活動及顯示危險性的狀況發生,人員可以立即處理化解危機,達到最佳的特教生安全防護的目的。

All schools are obligated to build a healthy, pleasant, secure, and warm campus, and to provide an excellent learning environment and content so that students can learn and grow happily. In addition to special education students requiring more assistance and care in learning than normal students, it is essential to maintain the safe activities in campus for special education students. Therefore, security maintenance on campus for special education students has been valued by schools. With RFID technology, it is easier to locate and track the movement of students, and provide students with safety protection so that special education teaching staff are expectedly more convenient to improve the efficiency of educational activities, and indeed, to achieve the best safety protection for students . By using RFID readers, tags with features of read and write, and database integration, it can implement a campus security management system for special education students. This system, by using RFID real-time reading or writing feathures of tags, can track and locate the whereabouts of special education students on campus. Through integration with database, the system can determine whether there is unusual activity, and display the dangerous status so that officers can immediately deal to defuse the crisis to achieve the best security purposes for special education students.
