探討RFID科技化服務創新:任務 ─ 科技配適度觀點

摘要


依據ABI的調查報告,在2009年,全球RFID的市場規模達到約有55億美元;並將在2014年,達到92.02億美元,估計其年複合的成長率為10%。行政院科技顧問組提出,2006年開始,五年之內,政府將投入96億元的預算於「科技化服務業」。然而,目前國內外對RFID的相關研究,大多著重於隱私安全、技術整合建構、技術導入應用等三大類,少有探討RFID科技化服務創新之相關議題。本研究目的是藉由任務 ─ 科技配適度觀點,分析RFID推動之服務創新,據以了解RFID科技化服務創新之差異性。依2009年ABI全球RFID市場產值預估及資策會RFID台灣市場產值所提供之資訊,以RFID為研究的科技個案,並由次級資料、參與式觀察與專家訪談進行多重資料來源收集與分析。本文是以各RFID服務創新活動為分析單元,並依任務 ─ 科技配適度構面衡量的意義與組成為基礎分析RFID的創新模式。歸納以下研究發現:1.「感應偵測服務」、「追蹤定位服務」、「識別服務」、「安全維護服務」、「整合服務」對於RFID科技化服務創新有著相當程度之影響;2.「位置監控」、「食品監控」、「基礎建設安全」、「交易安全」、「公共安全」整體應用比例較為低,RFID可以提升這幾項細類方向的服務創新,設置更完備的科技化服務;3.建議業者應以擴大通路和市場為目標,不斷地開發科技化服務創新的價值,以提升服務的附加功能;4.建議產業應朝「顧客關係管理服務」這項RFID技術的特性方向多所著墨,以增加自我競爭力,將有助於產業的創新及經營發展。

According to ABI's report, the global RFID market reached about $ 5.5 billion in 2009; and reach $ 9.202 billion in 2014, with an estimated compound annual growth rate of 10%. Executive Yuan Science and Technology Advisory Group proposed in 2006, five years, the government will invest 9.6 billion budget in the "technology-based services." However, at home and abroad for RFID-related research , most Zhuzhong on privacy, technology integration build, application technology into three categories, few of RFID technology service innovation related issues. This study was designed by the task ─ Technologies with moderate views, analysis of RFID to promote service innovation, according to RFID technology in order to understand differences in service innovation. By 2009, ABI estimates the global RFID market value and the Institute for Information Industry Taiwan market value of RFID information provided to RFID technology for the study of the case by the secondary data, participant observation and interviews with experts to multiple sources of information collection and analysis . This article is based on service innovation activities of the RFID unit of analysis, and technology in accordance with the mission ─ to measure the significance of modest dimensions and composition analysis of RFID-based innovation model. Summarized the following findings: 1. "Sensitive detection service", "tracking location-based services", "identification service", "security maintenance services", "integrated service" for RFID technology-based service innovation has a considerable degree of influence; 2. "position monitoring, "" food control "," infrastructure security "and" transaction security, "" public safety "the proportion of relatively low overall applications, RFID can enhance this direction a few small classes of service innovation, a more comprehensive set of technology services ; 3 suggested the industry should be to expand access and market in mind, continue to develop innovative technology services value added features to enhance services; 4 suggested industry should be moving towards a "customer relationship management services," the direction of the characteristics of the RFID technology more than Zhumo to increase self-competitiveness, innovation and industry will contribute to business development.
