以美學經濟觀點探討美容產業之服務創新

摘要


現代人對於如何保持自己的青春美麗投注了許多心力,因此為了應因社會需求,美容產業在近幾年逐漸崛起,成為備受矚目的明星產業。美麗經濟將出現全面性的契機,因此本研究將探索台灣美容產業之創新活動,然而目前國內外美容產業研究著重於「美容產品技術創新」(蔡宏霖,2008;譚彩鳳,2010;Barson, 2010)、「美容產業工作績效」(謝清秀,2005;詹慧珊,2006;周麗菱,2010)、「美容產業市場行銷」(蔡宏霖,2008;林勤敏,2009;吳佩玲,2009;蕭雅美,2010;Herrick, 2003)、「醫學美容」(李筱嬋,2009;孔繁麗,2010;黃美碧,2010;Herrick, 2003)等方面,對於針對美容產業服務創新活動之研究相當少。因此本研究之目的為1. 探討美容產業服務創新歷程與發展;2.分析美容產業活動創新事件歸納美學經濟構面下之服務創新概念;3.透過美容產業創新事件分析以瞭解經營核心價值與未來發展趨勢。本研究之研究方法為質性研究探索,透過網路搜尋、期刊論文與雜誌專書三方面蒐集有關美容產業之創新事件,以及瞭解目前美容產業之創新情形,並以美學經濟觀點探討美容產業創新事件。本研究發現:1.透過美容產業創新能力分析後,本研究在美學經濟價值構面下提出新的美學經濟概念,並分類美學經濟服務創新,在美學經濟服務創新下又細分成十六項子概念2.美容產業創新事件在美學經濟概念裡次數最高前三項依序為:心理滿足、美感品味、生活認同3.美容產業在金融海嘯期間以客製化奢華服務與專屬服務為活動之概念,其餘時間則是以心理滿足或美感品味為主。

Modern people make a lot of effort how to maintain their youthful beauty. Therefore, recent years, cosmetology industry gradually rises due to the needs of society, it becomes the star industry which attracts much attention. The beautiful economy will present the comprehensive opportunity, so this research will explore innovative activities of cosmetology industry in Taiwan. However, present domestic and foreign cosmetology industry research emphasize「Technological innovation of cosmetology product」( Hong-Lin Tsai, 2008;Tsai-Fong Tsn , 2010;Barson, 2010)、「Work achievements of cosmetology industry」(Ching-Hsiu Hsieh, 2005;Huz-Shan Zhan, 2006;Li-Ling Chou, 2010)「Market marketing of cosmetology industry」 (Hong-Lin Tsai 2008Chin-Min Lin, 2009;Pei-Ling Wu, 2009;Ya-Mei Hsiao2010;Herrick, 2003)、「Medicine cosmetology」(Siao-Chan Li, 2009;Fan-Li Kung, 2010; Mei-Pi Huang2010;Herrick, 2003)etc. Regarding aims at research that the service innovative activities of cosmetology industry are very few. Therefore the goals of this research are: 1. Discussing the course and development of service innovation of cosmetology industry:2. Analyzing innovation event of cosmetology industry activity induces under the service innovation concept in esthetics economy 3. The analysis though the cosmetology industry innovation event understands the management core value and the future trend of development. The research technique of this research is qualitative research exploration through Internet search、the journal paper and the magazine special book three aspects collect innovation events about cosmetology industry, as well as understand innovation situation of cosmetology industry now. And discuss cosmetology industry innovation event by economic views of aesthetics. The study finds: 1 Though the analysis of cosmetology industry innovation, the economic value of this study proposes a new concept of the aesthetic economy in aesthetic dimensions of the economy and classes aesthetic economic service innovation. It is subdivided into sixteen sub-concepts under aesthetic economic service innovation. 2. Cosmetology industry event in the economic concept of innovation and The highest sequence number for the first three were: psychological satisfaction, aesthetic taste, recognition of life.3 Cosmetology industry during the financial crisis to customized luxury services and dedicated service to the concept of activities, the rest of the time is based on psychological satisfaction or aesthetic taste.
