使用清熱利濕法治療慢性肝炎病例報告

慢性B型肝炎目前沒有西藥能完全根治，西醫大多以保肝、抗病毒等藥物，搭配定期追蹤與預防轉變為肝癌為常見的治療模式，然而，傳統中藥亦具有許多治療肝病的方劑，所以有許多肝病病人有服用中藥的習慣。本病例是一位27歲男性，從小就被母親垂直傳染B肝，於2012年7月中旬至本院就診，肝功能指數偏高，於服藥二個月後，肝功能指數恢復正常值，陸續追蹤一年多亦維持穩定，且肝病相關症狀亦改善。

There is currently no Western Medicine to completely cure chronic hepatitisB.Most Western Medicine has adopted a common treatment mode, such asprescribing hepatoprotective and anti-viral drugs with regular follow-ups toprevent it from turning into liver cancer. In traditional Chinese Medicine, there aresome treatments to cure hepatitis, so some patients with hepatitis also choose totake Chinese Medicine. One case was about a 27-year-old man, who was infectedby hepatitis B by his mother through vertical transmission. He came to ourhospital to look for treatment in mid-July, 2012. At that time, his liver functionindex was relatively high. After having taken Chinese medicine for two months,his liver function index was restored to normal. After continuing to track thesituation of this patient for more than a year, we found that his liver function indexremained stable and hepatitis-related symptoms were also improved.
