靜態伸展術與分離式主動伸展術對國(武)術運動員髖關節活動度之影響

Effect of ROM Duration Static and Active Isolated Stretching in the Hip Joint of Chinese Martial Arts Athletes

摘要


本研究之主要目的在比較隔離式主動伸展術與靜態伸展術對於大專國術運動員髖關節活動度的影響。研究對象以玄奘人文社會學院國術隊員共18名為受試者,隨機分成隔離式主動伸展術組(AIS組)、靜態伸展術組(SS組)及控制組(CT組),每組各6名,除CT組外,各組伸展訓練1週實施5日,為期6週,藉以比較訓練前後之髖關節活動度差異;測量器材使用坐姿體前彎測驗箱及關節角度測量器,經單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關考驗後得以下結果:訓練前後髖關節活動度變化在主動舉腿測驗時,各組間達顯著水準(p=.024<.05),而在被動舉腿測驗時各組間亦達顯著水準(p=.000<.01);經薛費法進行事後比較發現,在主動舉腿測驗時,差異顯現於AIS組與CT組之間。而在被動舉腿測驗時其差異顯現於AIS組、SS組及CT組,但SS組與CT組間則無顯著差異存在。在皮爾森積差相關分析時,主動直腿上舉測驗在髖關節活動度變化上與被動直腿上舉測驗,呈現正相關。

The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of range of motion (ROM) duration static and the active isolated stretching in the hip joint of athletes. Eighteen subjects(11 male, 7 female)with a mean age of 21.16 yrs volunteered from the Hsuan Chuang University martial arts team. The volunteers were randomly placed into 3 separate groups; the first group (6 people) was assigned to active isolated stretching (AIS), the second group (6 people) were given static stretches (SS), the third group of 6 was a control group. The first two groups performed a stretching routine 5 times/wk for 6 weeks. During this period the control group did not do any stretching. After the 6 weeks, the sit-and-reach test, the active leg raise test and the passive leg raise test were used to measure the ROM of the hip. Data was analyzed utilizing an ANOVA model. Result were analyzed utilizing Scheffe's post hoc Significant Difference test. The level significance for all testing was α= 0.05. The results showed that the active leg raise test was significant different between the AIS group and the control group(p<0.05). The passive leg raise test showed a significant difference between the AIS group, the SS group and the control group (p<0.01). In conclusion, the AIS is better than SS for improving the flexibility of the hip joint in Chinese martial arts athletes.
