農企業管理顧問經營診斷實務之探討-以高樹花卉產銷班第四班診斷點為例-

摘要


農企業管理顧問對於農企業經營問題是一全新的理念,透過農企業管理顧問對於農企業個案有系統性的診斷與輔導,可以釐清所診斷產銷個案面臨的問題點,確認個案面臨經營問題的表面現象以及其核心的真正原因,進而提出解決方案,以增進診斷服務對象的經驗績效。 本文首先藉由經營管理顧問的意義,定義農企業管理顧問的範圍與工作內涵,進而建構農企業管理顧問診斷的模式,內容包括以下五個流程構面,即1.進入階段、2.診斷階段、3.行動計劃階段、4.執行階段、以及5.終結階段。並以本模式為研究的基礎,探討應用在實際產銷班個案研究的可行性,討論各階段的工作內容,而在文末則指出培養農企業管理顧問應在於「強化診斷者的能力」,作為農企業管理顧問理論探討的結論。

It is a new concept for introducing the agribusiness management consultant to daily agricultural management. We can confirm the indirect and core problem of an agricultural case by s system survey of agribusiness management consultant Finally, the agribusiness management consultant can propose a consultant plan which increase efficiency and effective for a customer. The article will firstly discuss the meaning of management consultant, then, definite the key words and contents of agribusiness management consultant and presents the certification procedure of the agribusiness management consultant. We will point out the consultant process model of agribusiness management consultant which included: (1) Entry stage (2)Diagnosis stage (3)Action planning stage (4)Implementation stage and (5)Termination stage. We will combine the model and practical idea into the case study. The key contents of every stage will be shown. We conclude that the ability of diagnosis of agribusiness management consultant is the critical success in training the agribusiness management consultant.
