影響山地鄉原住民參與共同資源維護因素之研究－以嘉義縣山美村鲴魚復育為例－

摘要

本研究主要目的：為(1)探討影響山美村原住民，對共同自然資源維護之共識及參與行為之因素。(2)瞭解山地鄉原住民共同資源維護形成共識程度高低對參與行為之影響。(3)期以山美村原住民自主、自發性產業資源維護之模式，提供山地鄉獨具特色產業發展之借鏡。並以嘉義縣山美村161戶原住民鲴魚復育行為為研究對象，採直接訪問方式，獲得有效問卷132份。
研究結果顯示，受訪村民對地方上共同的自然資源維護共識程度相當高，同時對參與共同資源維護之行為有正向的影響。
從多元迴歸分析中發現影響原住民對共同資源維護共識程度之重要因素有「參與動動」。影響共同資源之參與復育行為之重要因素有「月收入」、「參與村里活動之經驗」、「人和程度」、「傳統地位為長老與項目」、「共識程度」等變項。
從路徑分析中發現「參與動機」，會透過「共識程度」間接影響參與復育行為。「月收入」、「人和程度」、「參與村里活動之經驗」、「傳統地位為長老與頭目」、「共識程度」則直接影響參與復育行為。

The purpose of this research is (1) to explore the factors that influence common consensus on the conservation of natural resources for the indigenous people in Shan-Mei village and the participation behavior; (2) to understand how the degree of common consensus on the conservation of natural resources of indigenous people affects participation behavior; (3) expect to provide peculiar and characteristic industrial development of the indigenous with a reference through the style of spontaneous conservation of natural resources in Shan-mei village one hundred and sixty-one indigenous people were investigated and 132 questionnaires were obtained.
This research determined that the degree of common consensus on the conservation of natural resources is certainly high, and common consensus has the positive influence on the participation behavior.
The target of this study of the conservation of natural resources was varicorhinrs alficorpus (Oshima) at Shan-Mei village in Chia-yi County.
From the Multiple regression analysis, we determined that three major factors significantly affected the degree of common consensus on the conservation of natural resources. It is “the motivation of participation”. Five major factors significantly affected Participation behavior. They are “the participation in village activity”, “traditional status is chief or leader”, “the degree of the common consecsus.”
