Dysfunctional and painful joint is the common symptom of trigger finger. According to my experience, the etilology of trigger finger of thumb and index finger is correlated closely with 5th to 7th cervical spine, which is the point of diagnosis and treatment. I offer this case report in good prognosis to TCM colleague.
