手法治療肩鈣化性肌腱炎：一病例報告

崗上肌鈣化性肌腱炎（Calcifying supraspinatus tendinitis），因輕微外傷、重覆動作或不明原因，造成肌腱產生鈣化沉積，引起急性發炎症狀，是一種反應性肌腱炎，好發於40歲左右女性，X光片下可見到沉積的鈣化物質。本案例在經過中醫傷科手法處置之後，病患肩部疼痛程度從中度改善為輕度、視覺類比量表（visual analogue scale，簡稱VAS）疼痛評估分數從4分減為2分、肌力（muscle power，簡稱MP）測試從3分（Fair，可抗重力但無法抗阻力）增加至4分（Good，能抗小阻力），獲得了良好的療效。有別於過去局部注射氫化可體松，甚至現今的關節鏡和震波等治療此類疾病，中醫傷科手法處置這類疾病亦可得到很好的治療效果。

Calcifying supraspinatus tendinitis, due to mild trauma, repetitive movements or unknown origin that cause calcification deposits of the tendon resulting in acute inflammation, is a reactive tendonitis. It usually occurs in the 40-year-old female and it can be diagnosed with the deposition of the calcified material in X-rays. In this case, the way through the disposal of TCM Traumatology, the patient’s shoulder pain degree from moderate to mild, the visual analogue scale from 4 points to 2 points, the muscle power from 3 points (Fair, can be anti-gravity but not against resistance) to 4 points (Good, can be resistant to the small resistance), obtains good healings. Contrasted with local injection of hydrocortisone in the past and even today such as arthroscopy surgery and shock wave therapy, the TCM Traumatology manual therapy for this disease also can be the way to good therapeutic effects.
