家庭生活教育專業化之經驗:以美國經驗為例

The Professionalization of Family Life Education: The American Experience

摘要


本研究主要的目的是欲從美國推動家庭生活教育專業化兩個主要機構:美國家庭關係協會(NCFR)及美國家庭及消費科學學會(AAFCS)之經驗,以為我國在發展家庭生活教育專業化之參考,並具體指出幾項建議:(1)首先應建立家庭生活教育的專業組織(2)家庭生活教育專業社群成員應具多元化特質(3)家庭生活教育專業化的建立應考慮多重管道進行(4)家庭生活教育專業人員的繼續教育是必需要的。

The purpose of this study is to give some suggestions for our professional development in family life education, based on the experiences of two American associations: National Council of Family Relations and American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. The suggestions of this study are: (1) the professional organization of family life education should be built first. (2) The members of this organization are from a variety of professional disciplines. (3) We should plan different strategies to develop a professional image. (4) The continue education is required for professionals of family life education.
