摘要

《仲夏夜之夢》（A Midsummer─Night S Dream）是莎士比亞戲劇作品中最有名的喜劇。內容充滿了豐富的生命力，是一齣結合幻想、神怪與情愛的浪漫故事。劇中最主要的戲劇動作之一，就是神仙精怪在森林中引起的紛擾，而其中最主要引起紛擾的角色就是精靈撲克（Puck）。本論文主要是研究《仲夏夜之夢》一劇中，撲克此角色的語言表演分析。在直接切入其語言表演分析前，將先對此角色做基本的角色分析與探討。當我們瞭解此角色在劇中的重要性與特殊位置後，再利用弗萊（Northrop Frye）的喜劇理論與凱爾‧耶拉姆（Elam, Keir）的《劇場與戲劇記號學》（”Semiotics of theatre and drama”）劇場理論來做相關論證，以作為論述的理論依據。另外，在分析撲克的語言表演前，也針對了其他角色做語言表演特色分析，以作為撲克表演呈現的對照。之後再論述撲克的語言特色，其語言特色分為三大類： （一）個人性格的語言呈現，（二）模擬他人的語言表演，（三）跳脫劇情的後設語言。在分析探討撲克這角色的語言後，我們可以發現這個角色在扮演上的特殊性與重要性。期望讓往後欲飾演此角色的演員，在語言表演上有比較清楚的分析根據。

”A Midsummer-Night's Dream” is the most famous comedy of the Shakespeare's play. The plot content has filled the rich vitality, as soon as is gives a written guarantee gathers the fantasy, the gods and ghosts and the love romantic story.In the play, one of the main play actions, is the deity demon troubled which causes in the forest, and the most important role who make these troubled is ”Puck”.This present paper is mainly studies in the language performance analyzes of this role ”Puck” in ”A Midsummer-Night's Dream”. I shall confer with the basic role analysis and the discussion before the language performance analyzes of this role. When we understand this role's importance and the special position, I'll introduce Northrop Frye's theory of comedy and Elam, Keir's theory in Semiotics of theatre and drama as the critical method of this paper.Besides, I aimed at other roles to make the language performance characteristic analysis before the language performance analyzes of Puck for comparison. The language performance characteristic of Puck could divides into three broad headings: 1. Individual disposition's language presents, 2. Simulates other people's language performance, 3. After bracelet plot, supposes the language.Finally, after we analyzed the language performance of Puck, we shall discover the acting particularity and the importance of Puck. The expectation lets the actor who will want to play this role in the future, has the quite clear analysis basis at the language performance.
