我國近年來,由於社會之急遽變遷,功利主義盛行,倫理道德沉淪,導致社會問題層出不窮。教育亦飽受挑戰與衝擊,學生向學意願低落,師生關係疏離;加以「十年教改」流弊所及,學校教育亂象叢生,學生壓力不減反增,造成中途輟學學生人數有增無已。 中輟生問題已不再是單純教育問題,而是對於個人、家庭、學校、社會、國家都可能造成嚴重問題,值得吾人深入探討並思解決之道。中輟生問題之產生,因素至為錯綜複雜,其要者大致可分:個人、家庭、學校、同儕、社會等因素之交互作用。解決之道,必須針對其產生因素,對症下藥,方能克竟其功。 至於解決中輟生問題之對策,可從三層面加以探討: 一為中輟生之預防與輔導,二為中輟生之協尋與安置;三為中輟生再輟之預防與輔導。為期有效推展,學校、教師、父母、家長、社工人員、輔導專業人員,以及政府承辦相關人員,必須通力合作,以謀防治中輟生之產生,進而解決中輟生所衍生之不良問題。
Why is the educational system so chaotic that the numbers of the dropout students is soaring up? In recent years, education system suffers impact, even challenge owning to the social rapid change and education reform, which is like the variety show of the politicians. These alterations cause the serious problems of individuality, family, schooling, and elementary education. In the chaos, some of the students choose to run way. Unfortunately, the status of dropout students is getting much higher. Hence, we obligate to figure out the effective solution. First, we should prevent discontinue schooling happen. If it did happen, the guidance system is necessary. Second, finding out where all those dropout students are, and assist them to settle down. Finally, guiding and preventing the discontinue schooling occur again.
