目的:本研究目的乃依據王月琴、邱啟潤(2006)之研究探討影響國中生健康促進活動參與意向之因素。方法:以南投地區國中共6所學校之三年級學生為研究對象,共計發出問卷800份,得有效問卷562份。結果:研究結果顯示:(1)國中生皆參與校內所辦的健康促進活動,參與之動機以學習新知最多,對健康促進活動主題的需求以壓力調適為主。(2)活動參與經驗在健康促進活動參與意向達顯著差異。(3)自覺參與利益、自覺參與障礙、活動情境安排、重要他人影響及活動相關感受與健康促進活動參與意向達顯著相關。(4)活動相關感受、重要他人影響、活動情境安排等三項因子是國中生健康促進活動參與意向最重要的預測因子。結論:研究結果建議國中護理人員應多瞭解國中生參與健康促進活動因素,才有助於未來設計和推動健康促進活動時,提升學生參與度,達到健康促進之成效。
Objectives: This research in accordance with Wang and Chiou (2006) research explores the factors which affect junior-high-school student decisions to participate in health-promoting activities. Methods: Some 800 questionnaires were distributed to junior-high-school students, including senior students from six different junior-high-school, and 562 valid samples were received in return. Results: The main findings are presented as follows: (1) All of juniorhigh-school students who had participated in health-promoting activities at school. Students participated in this activities to obtain new knowledge. The greatest need was to learn to manage stress. (2) Students who previous experience of participating in such activities, will influence their willingness to engage in health-promoting activities. (3) Perceived benefits and barriers, atmosphere arrangement of the activity, interpersonal influence, and activityrelated feelings have statistically significant correlations with intention to participate in healthpromoting activities. (4) Atmosphere arrangement of the activity, interpersonal influence, and activity-related feelings are the most significant variables for junior-high-school student intentions to participate in health-promoting activities. Conclusions: This research suggests not only provide more information to help junior-high-school nurses understand the reason why junior-high-school students choose to participate in health-promoting activities, but also consideration in efforts to stimulate participation in such activities.
