Literature Review of Achievement Goal Theory

目標取向理論之探討

摘要


本文利用文獻回顧方式,整理重新目標取向理論。人們通常會擁有自己的理由去選擇運動與否。根據研究結果,擁有工作取向的人會增加他們在運動時的內在動機。且工作取向也有著當人們在想要得到成功時,會去盡全力和努力工作的關係存在。他們會選擇較難的工作,也比自我取向的人較能持續去工作。每一個孩子都有著不同的能力、智力和知識,當成年人教導他們那種目標取向時,他們也將會擁有那種目標取向。希望這結果能提供一些訊息給所有老師、教練和父母親作為教導學生、球員和孩子們時的一些參考。

This article used the literature review to arrange goal orientation theory. People usually have their own reasons to choose exercises. According to the research, task orientation people as research’s results could strengthen intrinsic motive in sport. It also related to the individual exerting high effort and work when he or she wanted to succeed, choosing more difficult tasks, and owning the greater persistence then ego orientation. The children with different abilities, intelligence, and knowledge will have the characteristics of goal orientation when adults teach. Hope those results could bring some information to all teachers, coaches, and parents.
