以共振頻率分析法探討影響植體初級穩定度之因素

Factors Affecting Primary Implant Stability Examined by Resonance Frequency Analysis

摘要

Introduction: Osteotome technique can compress the bone laterally and thus create a dense interface for the implant to be placed. The purpose of this prospective clinical study is to predict the initial stability during implant placement and evaluate the clinical outcome of implant stability with different surgical techniques by resonance frequency analysis. Material & Method: There are 88 implants of 44 patients at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital during this period. Initially, after Φ 3.3 pilot implant insertion, the RF A testing was performed to get ISQi. The surgical technique of experimental group is Osteotome with self-tapping technique, and the controlled group is conventional self-tapping technique. After insertion to adequate location, ISQp was tested again. All of the ISQ values were collected for further statistic analysis and evaluation with SPSS 12.0. Result: Significant difference (P=0.00<0.05) of ISQv (ISQp-ISQi) were found between different surgical technique and implant diameter, and no significant difference (P>0.05) about bone quality, implant location and implant length。 Conclusion: Osteotome condensing technique can effectively compact the bone density and furthermore improve implant stability. Implant diameter also had influenced on implant stability.
