防僞安全技術運用於識別證件之研究

Applies Safe Technology of Anti-Counterfeit for Certificates

摘要


本研究以各項防偽功能作為主要基礎,並對其相關的防偽技術分類及分析,進一步將防偽技術運用於國軍營區通行證件上,在辨識營區通行證件真偽時又常以肉眼辨識為主,所以在增加證件其相關檢驗者無需借助器具即能以肉眼辨識的防偽技術,利於檢驗者能快速辨識。再依不同的防偽技術有不同的技術成本及所能使用的年限限制做其分析及試驗,研究成果已找出在實用效益上,適運於目前公司機關最佳的防偽證件範例。 研究的第一項成果是選定顯性防偽技術作為辨識證件的防護措施,運用光學可變色薄膜、雷射標籤及微小字三項防護措施,光學可變色薄膜、雷射標籤及微小字不僅能夠滿足辨識者簡易辨識,更可確實防止取得者輕易的偽製。研究的第二項成果則是選定隱性防偽技術作為證件驗證的防護措施,運用IC晶片及紫外線油墨,IC晶片不僅能夠滿足驗證者快速驗證,更能防止輕易的仿製或複製。

This research is based on the anti-perjured technique ID card, and analyses according the cracked degree of related perjured technique. Using perjured techniques that are not cracked completely into the pass ID of barrack in military. Distinguishing with naked eyes is the main method to identify the certificates. It would benefit to examine the certificates which contained visible anti-counterfeit technology quickly. According to the cost and the year of different anti-counterfeit technology, this research makes the test and analysis, and find out the best example of the certificate used for the army. This research choose the visible anti-counterfeit technology on the certificates such as optical membrane, laser label and small characters that let the safety person identify easily and prevent from copying. The other achievement of this research is to choose the invisible anti-counterfeit technology such as IC chip and ultraviolet printing ink. IC chips would make the identification quickly and prevent from duplicating and copying.
