台灣業者對彩色數位印刷機之滿意度研究

這個研究主要是探討現今數位印刷的情況與數位印刷業者對數位印刷機與設備商的人員之滿意度研究。在台灣有越來越多印刷相關領域的人參與了數位印刷這個市場，這也表示了數位印刷科技已經廣為相關業者所接受了。基本上數位印刷業者對數位印刷的整體表現還算滿意，但在設備之價格與單張列印成本上略有微詞，而對設備商的業務代表的期望較高，因為整體的滿意度雖超過平均值(3.00)，但卻只勉強及格而已，而對後勤技術工程師的滿意度則較高些。這些數據可以顯示數位印刷業者需要的更多且更好的軟硬體的服務，這絕對是設備商需要正式的且必須要好好的加強與數位印刷業者的溝通與互動。

This research was aimed to investigate the current situation of digital printing business and the satisfaction levels on the digital printing presses and the staff in Taiwan. There are more and more printing-oriented participants purchased the digital printing presses in Taiwan. This indicates that technology of digital printing is widely accepted by the professional printers or other oriented-fields of professions. Basically, the digital printing owners are satisfied with the performance of the digital printing presses. They do care about the expense of the press and the unit cost of the print sheet. Even the performance of the sales representatives is okay, but those owners do expect more from them. The overall performance of the technical engineers is much better. Thus information indicates that the digital printing owners need better service of software and hardware. This sign shows that the digital printing press providers need to face it and better enhance their communication to their clients.
