專業RAW檔影像色彩複製最佳化設定之研究

Optimal Settings for Color Reproduction of RAW Images

摘要


如何針對不同色彩與材質的被攝體設定最適合的影像擷取與顯示列印流程與設定參數是長久以來令攝影人困擾的問題。本研究的目的在於了解光圈階調曲線等參數設定對RAW檔影像品質的影響。本研究因此設定了五個研究問題,分別為相機描述檔對影像色彩準確度之影響為何?廣色域高階液晶螢幕的色彩準確度為何?相機曝光值與階調曲線對影像呈現在液晶螢幕的視覺色彩影響為何?噴墨印表機跨媒體複製的色彩準確度為何?印表機階調曲線對色彩視覺之影響為何?本研究最終提供了一套RAW影像色彩複製的建議的處理流程,供業界參考。

How to determine proper settings for image acquisition and color reproduction workflow for objects with different color and surface glossiness is along-term problem for photographers. The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of various settings such as aperture and tone curves to the image quality of RAW image files using high-end imaging devices. The study tries to answer five questions including: 1. The color accuracy of different ICC profiles, 2. The color fidelity of wide-gamut LCD monitor, 3. The relationship of visual image quality to different exposures and tone curve settings, 4. The cross-media color accuracy of high-end inkjet printer, and 5. The relationship of visual image quality to the tone curves setting for the printer. The resuts are a good reference for photographers to improve the color fidelity of output images.
