染料及顏料製造產業調查分析與發展之研究

本研究為針對台灣染料及顏料製造業進行現況調查，實地進行廠商訪查、專家訪談、舉行產業座談會，藉以鑑別產業價值供應鏈，找出高值化產品方向。由本研究成果得知，染料及顏料製造業價值鏈缺口有：原料受制於國外、缺乏化學品管制註冊因應方案、應用市場及新產品開發較弱、品牌形象不夠鮮明、品質控管需再加強、缺乏國際環保規範驗證經驗，而在染料及顏料製造業高值化方向部分，應可由高值化產品開發、化學品註冊驗證、國際環保規範驗證之三大方向進行，透過新產品開發擴展客戶面向，符合各國化學品註冊及管制法規，通過國際環保規範，以達到產業價值創造及環保綠色化之目標。

This research is focused on investigation of dye and pigment manufacturing industry in Taiwan. By field research of actual inquiries with the manufacturers, interviews with experts, and discussion meetings with the industries, thus we may evaluate the industry value supply chain, in order to find the direction of high-value products. From the result of this research, we have learned dye and pigment manufacturing value chain is breached on the following: raw materials are restricted by foreign countries, lacking coping mechanism on registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemical substances, weakness on market exploitation and product development, brand image unclear, need of reinforcement on quality control, and lacking experience of validations on international environmental standards. Approach on product value heightening should focus on development of high-value product, registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemical substances, and validation of international environmental standards; expanding clients through new products, meeting international chemical standards, and certifying international environmental standards to achieve the goal of creating industry value and greening the environment.
