UV噴墨應用在雙視書盲人點字系統可行性之研究

摘要


UV噴墨在經過光聚合硬化(Curing)過後的印紋會有凸起的墨厚,如果能簡單的從數位UV噴墨機械的墨量控制和紫外光線的特性調整,達到視障同胞可感觸得到的凸字或凸紋,將可解決圖文並茂的點字書在出版印刷過程的繁瑣費時、耗費巨資的現況。而本研究採取很有創意的雙視書概念,讓視障兒童的家長(明眼人)可以看到正常視覺的彩色印刷品,當家長在唸童書故事的同時,視障兒童也可以跟著觸摸到點字(凸字)和物體的輪廓(凸紋)。很幸運的,我們可以在目前數位UV噴墨印表機的設定參數,在可調整的範圍內僅以二次的噴印流程就達到視障同胞可以感觸得到的凸字和凸紋(字和圖同時並茂)的滿意結果。(本研究已於101年3月11日獲得中華民國新型專利,證號:新型第M424567號)
