UV噴墨墨滴變化在壓克力材質品質特性研究

The Study of Print Quality on Acrylic Substrates Using UV Inkjet Variable Drops

摘要


UV噴墨具有不需製版的即時性,印墨成分穩定,低能源需求且無汙染,瞬間固化的特性且能適印於多種的被印物,適合文創產業少量多樣化的特性,符合個性化的開發與應用,也正符合印刷產業現今的趨勢與環保訴求。本研究採用不同的可變墨滴(VD 5.3.1drop、VD 3.2.1drop)及固定墨滴(ND 3drop、ND 5drop)設定噴印於壓克力媒材,透過儀器量測數據以做為客觀品質之評估,同時導入心理物理量法以做為主觀視覺評估方式。研究結果顯示當可變墨滴(Variable dot)列印方式在整體印刷品質特性上有較佳的表現,且使用墨滴越小印刷品質呈現越佳,而心理物理度量之主觀視覺評估上,不論人像及器物兩種影像以可變墨滴(Variable dot)噴印方式有較佳的視覺偏好,與儀器度量之客觀評估獲得一致的結論。

UV inkjet printing can print on various non-absorptive substrates, with ink color stability, good weather fastness and no VOC produced, instant curing, printed on variety of printed material, suitable for a small amount of diverse characteristics of the cultural and creative industries, in line with the personality of the development and application, is in line with modern trends and environmental demands of the printing industry. This research uses different Variable dot (VD 5.3.1 drop、VD 3.2.1 drop) and different Nomal dot(ND 3drop、ND 5drop) of combinations printed on the acrylic material. The data measured by the instruments are used to assess the objective quality, and a psychophysical subjective assessment is implemented as well. The result shows when the Variable dot always demonstrate better quality. Moreover the smaller dot used, the better the quality. By the subjective visual psychophysical assessment, variable dot printing ways have better visual performance both on portrait and implement images. Same results are found on objective assessment.
