彈性凸版在包裝印刷中佔有重要的地位,印刷油墨以水性印墨及UV印墨為主,其中銅版紙被印材料又以標籤、折疊紙盒、禮品包裝、紙袋包裝及保護產品之包材為主。故為印出高質感產品,吸引顧客注意,因此本研究目的欲探討不同彈性凸版印刷條件對印刷品質之影響程度,藉此找到彈性凸版印刷之最適印刷條件。實驗設計以UV單色印墨與基重70 g/m^2之銅版紙為實驗對象,藉由不同自變數( 網紋輥線數120 L/ cm、340 L/cm)之實驗設計,依研究之實驗架構內自變數組合(網紋輥線數120 L/ cm、印刷速度120 m/min;網紋輥線數340 L/cm、印刷速度120 m/min)組別,分別上機各印製約100 m,共取30份樣本數,再行依變數印刷適性(滿版濃度、網點擴大、印刷對比)之方式量測,最後將所測量出之數據再運用統計軟體(SPSS 20.0版)作整理歸納,期望瞭解因自變數間(網紋輥線數)控制設定而隨之改變的依變數(滿版濃度、網點擴大、印刷對比)其印刷適性關係,以供業界於彈性凸版印刷製程上參考之用。
Flexography plays an important role in packaging printing. The majority packing materials are coated stocks and water-based UV ink. High quality printing are demanded in packing printing for the customer attraction purpose. In modern flexography press, anilox roller plays an important role in the print quality. The purpose of this research in to investigate the quality affected by the anilox roller. The experiments were conducted using single color UV ink and 70g/m^2 coated paper stock. Two different anilox rollers, 120 L/cm and 340 L/cm, were used for the print quality comparison. After the press reached equilibrium, 150 samples were collected in each print condition. Solid in density, print contrast, and tonal values were measured. The purpose is to find out the relationships between those measurements and different anilox rollers. The result may give reference for the future productions.
