摘要

因交通意外事故致傷的患者越來越多，顱腦外傷已成為急診中的常見病，且致死率高，即使生存下來，也有不少患者遺留不同程度的功能障礙。腦外傷綜合症(Post Concussional Syndrome)是顱腦外傷病人病情穩定後，恢復期出現的一組以頭昏頭痛及不同程度的自律神經功能失調，或精神性症狀為主的症候群。其特點是經久不愈，持續致受傷後三個月以上仍無好轉，神經系統檢查無確切陽性、CT、MRI等檢查無異常發現，其臨床表現複雜而多樣，主要為頭痛、語言障礙、口眼歪斜、耳鳴、記憶力下降、失眠、多夢、煩躁易怒、情緒不穩等腦功能障礙、自律神經功能紊亂以及心理障礙等症狀。本文提出一病例報告，在中醫辨證基礎上，針藥並用改善腦外傷綜合症，縮短病程提早復原。

More and more people get injured in the traffic accident, so traumatic brain injury has become common in the emergency department and led to high death rate; even surviving, there are many patients with varying degrees of dysfunction left. Traumatic brain injury syndrome (Post Concussional Syndrome) is that the patient, after the stable condition, in the recovery period, has varying degrees of dizziness, headache and autonomic nervous system dysfunction, or mental symptom syndrome. After sustained more than three-month injury, despite the prolonged healing, it is characterized by no improvement, no definite positive neurological examination, CT, MRI and other tests without abnormalities; the clinical manifestations are complex and diverse, mainly headache, language barriers, crooked mouth and eyes, tinnitus, memory loss, insomnia, multi-dreams, irritability, mood swings and other brain dysfunction, autonomic nervous system disorders and mental disorders. This article presents a case report. Based on the TCM, both acupuncture and medicine are used to improve the traumatic brain injury syndrome for early recovery.
