幼兒職前教師及實習合作機構對幼兒教保實習制度認知態度之調查研究

The Survey Study of pre-service Teachers' and Practicum Institutions' Attitudes toward Early Child Care and Educational Practicum

摘要


本研究探討不同背景變項的幼兒職前教師及實習合作機構在幼兒教保實習制度認知態度上的差異情形,研究者自編「幼兒教保實習制度認知態度量表」問卷,涵蓋機構優勢、實習價值、符應職場、學生表現、學生參與、實習評價,以及制度價值等7個層面;並針對Y技術學院幼兒保育系學生及其實習合作機構對幼兒教保實習制度認知態度偏好進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷爲383份。統計結果顯示,學生及實習機構在「機構優勢」、「實習價值」與「學生參與」等層面之得分較高,在「實習評價」與「制度價值」層面之得分較低,且會因爲實習學生及其實習合作機構、實習園所的屬性、參與實習制度次數,以及實習學生的工讀經驗、幼教體驗背景、未來從事幼教意願等變項之不同,而表現出統計上的顯著差異,此亦可由8位學生與4位園所幼教人員的訪談資料加以證實。最後,研究者針對研究發現進行討論並提出未來研究之參考。

This study explored the different variables on pre-service teachers' and practicum institutions' attitudes toward early child care and educational practicum. An Early Child Care and Educational Practicum Attitude Survey (ECCEPAS) was developed. The ECCEPAS consisted of seven factors, including institutional advantage, practicum value, responding working place, student's performance, student's engagement, student's practical evaluation, and practicum evaluation. By using questionnaire survey, this study gathered the responses of 383 Y College to analyze their preferences toward early child care and educational practicum. According the results, on the seven scales of ECCEPAS, students scored higher on the institutional advantage scale, the practicum value, and the student's engagement scale, and lower on the student's practical evaluation scale and the practicum evaluation scale. In addition, their scores revealed significant differences among the students and institutions, the early child care or educational provider, the practicum engagement, student's part-time working experiences, their early childhood experiences, and attitudes toward their future career on their scores on the several scales of ECCEPAS. Some follow-up interviews also conducted with selected students and institutions and the implications derived form this study were discussed.
