優化智慧型代理人系統運用在病 安平台之探討-以北部某區域教學醫院爲例

Building an Ubiquitous Patient Safety Platform by Using Intelligent Agent Technology-The Example of a Regional Teaching Hospital in the North of Taiwan

摘要


病人安全是近年來醫療界關心的議題,資訊科技可以使照護者即時有效地接收病人相關訊息。本研究係建置-智慧型代理人病安平台,提供照護者有關病人安全的資訊,更具備了確認回覆機制,以確保病人的問題獲得最妥善的處理。結果顯示本平台通報正確率100%;系統回覆率73.8%;以系統穩定度、即時性、方便性作滿意度調查,發現以手機為溝通工具的滿意度結果較護理站資訊系統或手機、護理站資訊併用者高出許多,此代表了優化的工具-手機,可以提供照護者即時與方便取得的資訊。本平台兼顧照護者中心為設置考量,是為了可以讓照護者儘早獲得病人相關資訊並即時作最正確適當的處置,才可真正達到無所不在、無微不至,以病人為中心的優化健康照護。

Patient safety becomes one of the most pressing issues for the medical treatment sector in recent years. Nevertheless, information technology allows the caretaker to instantly and effectively receive relevant patient information. This study pertains to developing a patient-safety oriented platform with intelligent agent technology that not only offers patient safety information for caretakers, but also provides a reconfirm system to ensure patent's problems that are well received accompanying by the most adequate response. The findings show that this platform offers the accuracy of reporting rate is 100% and 73.8% covered by system. From the surveys in this study for system's stability, real-time and satisfaction of user's operation facilitation, the handset is the most satisfactory for users as the communications tool and is far exceeded that of a nursing station's information system or a handset combined with a nursing station's information system. The result shows that handset is considered as an optimized tool which is able to provide the caretaker with real-time and convenient access of medical information. To ensure the patient safety of caretaker who comes with the most accurate and adequate response is one of the most important considerations for the design of this platform, which in turn will achieve the ubiquitous, attentive and optimized patient centric healthcare service.
