溫度依變下小黃薊馬(Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood)在檬果上之發育及生命表

Temperature-dependent Development and Life Table of Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) on Mango

摘要


小黃薊馬(Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood)以檬果(Mangifera indica L.)葉片飼養於16、20、24、28、32、34 與36℃定溫下,觀察溫度對其各齡期發育時間的影響,並以兩性生命表分析其在20、24、28、32與34℃的族群介量。結果顯示,各蟲期在16-36℃時平均發育時間分別卵期為4.1-19.1 d,一齡幼蟲期為1.4-5.7 d,二齡幼蟲期為1.3-8.2 d,蛹期為1.5-7.9 d,由卵發育至成蟲為8.5-42.0 d。由直線迴歸分析卵發育至成蟲的發育總積溫為206.14日度(degree-days),發育臨界低溫為10.7℃。另由非線性迴歸分析發育臨界低溫為10.6℃,最適發育溫度為35.6℃。以兩性生命表分析結果,其內在增殖率(r_m)與終極增殖率(λ)皆以28℃時 為最大(r_m = 0.2009 d^(-1)、λ = 1.2226 d^(-1)),20℃時為最小(r_m = 0.0824 d^(-1)、λ = 1.0859 d^(-1))。淨增殖率(R_0)也是以28℃為最大(R0 = 40.82子代/代),但34℃時為最小(R0 = 4.14子代/代)。平均世代時間(T)以20℃時為最長(T = 32.77 d),34℃時為最短(T = 12.15 d)。

Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood was raised at 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 34 and 36℃ on mango (Mangifera indica L.) to observe the effect of temperature on the developmental times of the immature stages and estimate the population parameters of S. dorsalis at 20, 24, 28, 32 and 34℃ . The results showed that developmental time of egg, first larva, second larva, pupa and egg to adult stage were 4.1-19.1 d, 1.4-5.7 d, 1.3-8.2 d, 1.5-7.9 d and 8.5-42.0 d at 16-36℃ , respectively. The thermal summation was 206.14 degree-days and the low temperature threshold was 10.7℃ as calculated by linear regression analysis. The low temperature threshold was 10.6℃ and the optimal temperature was 35.6℃ as calculated by Lactin-2 nonlinear regression analysis. Population parameters at different temperatures on S. dorsalis showed that both the intrinsic rate of increase (r_m) and the finite rate of increase (λ) were the highest at 28℃ (r_m = 0.2009 d^(-1), λ = 1.2226 d^(-1)), and the lowest was at 20℃ (r_m = 0.0824 d^(-1), λ = 1.0859 d^(-1)). The reproductive rate (R_0) was the largest at 28℃ (R_0 = 40.82 offspring/♀), and the smallest was at 34℃ (R_0 = 4.14 offspring/♀). The mean generation time (T) was the longest at 20℃ (T = 32.77 d), and the shortest at 34℃ (T = 12.15 d).
