摘要
在50呎蜀光光照，溫度30±2℃及相對濕度90±50%之條件下，用淺盤法，方格法，及瓶子法培草菇，於下種後8日出現小菇體，11日可採收。此三種方法之操作過程大致相同；即切草、澆水、作草把、清毒與下種。淺盤法用鐵絲分隔淺盤爲兩等分，各爲28 cm×15 cm面積，可容納6個草把；每個培養箱可放三個淺盤。方格法爲兩等分，各爲8 cm×8 cm方格以支持草把不致倒伏，每培養箱可容納40個草把。瓶子法是以廣口瓶代替粗鐵絲以固定草把，此法使稻草用量減至50g。這些栽培方法在貴遺傳育種方面的試驗具有特殊用途。

Three simple techniques for cultivation of straw mushroom under controlled conditions are described. The mushroom was grown in a growth chamber with light intensity at 50 fc; temperature 30±2℃; and moisture 90±5%. Because of the reduced size of straw bundles and the simplicities of the new techniques, it is possible to handle more than 100 samples at the same time. These simple techniques are considered to be important, because they provide a useful tool for the study of its genetics and breeding of the fungus.
