AΔExE counter telescope is constructed by 110 thick surface barrier S. S. D. as ΔE counter and 2 mm thick Lithuim drifted S. S. D. as E counter. The multiplying operation is performed by a logarithmic adding circuit using the logarithmic characteristics of p-n junction transistor 2SA206. The identrifier system is used to seperate the protons and deuterons in Li^7+He^3 reaction and the good seperation is obtained for energy range from 4 MeV to 15 MeV.
