單週期控制之串級式功因修正器研製

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SERIAL POWER FACTOR CORRECTORS WITH ONE-CYCLE CONTROL

摘要


本文提出一種可用於將多個升壓型交直流轉換器輸入做串聯使用,且具有功率因數校正 (PFC) 功能的控制方法,所採用的單位功因控制方法是以單週期控制為主,這種控制方式使轉換器只需偵測輸入電流與直流端電壓即可獲得具單位功因的輸入正弦電流。此簡單的控制策略不需回授輸入電源電壓,可減少電路元件及簡化控制電路之設計。本文並針對兩負載不同時,提出了平衡穩壓控制補償策略,最後並且實作兩組各500 W 的串級系統驗證所提理論為可行。

This paper proposes a control method that is suitable to the structure of multiple boost type's power factor correctors in a series connection. The proposed control idea is based on one-cycle control, which has the advantage of obtaining the unity power factor function without detecting the input source voltage, thus resulting in a simple control circuit. This research also focuses on the compensation scheme used in the unbalanced loads conditions, and a prototype of two serial power factor correctors' system with 500 W rating for each module is set to verify the control idea.
