STUDY ON THE EVALUATION SYSTEM OF INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT OF LARGE-SCALE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
大型工程項目集成管理評價體系研究
摘要
With the integration of world economy and acceleration of urbanization, large-scale construction projects are on trend and integrated management of such projects becomes a focus in construction management. In this paper, aspects of integrated management are summarized and parameters such as organization and coordination, process control, information management and objective attainment are employed to establish the evaluation system. Fuzzy matter-element analysis is adopted to evaluate and a case study is provided to verify and demonstrate the feasibility of the established evaluation system.
