整合三維點雲技術與BIM技術建置古蹟模型之研究

A STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF BIM MODELS FROM POINT CLOUD - A CASE STUDY ON MONUMENT

摘要


近年來對圖說遺失或本身就無圖說保存之古蹟維護,常使用光達掃瞄技術(Light Detection and Ranging, LiDAR)依據目標物之現時現況,將其掃瞄成三維點雲模型達到資料數位化保存之目的。光達掃瞄技術是其透過雷射掃描原理,計算掃瞄儀到物體間之距離及角度,藉此求岀物體的三維空間坐標位置及進而產生點雲模型。但點雲模型本身僅是為擁有空間座標數據之點群狀三維模型,並不含有任何與目標物相關之屬性資訊。由於建築資訊模型技術(Building Information Modeling, BIM)具有參數化方式將所建置之模型物件與其相關屬性資訊之間連結及同步互動等特性,並可在利用點雲模型做為建置基礎下轉換成為BIM模型,作為未來古蹟維護之用途。由於過往在以BIM方式運用點雲模型進行建模時,多是使用人工目視或相關外掛程式以2D CAD方式描繪點雲外圍輪廓或量測點雲尺寸以輔助進行BIM建模,這些方式面臨許多限制。因此本研究利用地面光達掃瞄技術產生三維點雲模型以提升BIM古蹟模型建置之效率,同時也會探討該模式之效益及可能遭遇之困難。本研究最後也導入實際案例,並探討導入後之效益、遭遇問題及建議解決方法,以作為未來應用導入之參考。

The technology of the light detection and ranging (LiDAR) has utilized widely in monument related applications. Generally, point cloud model obtained from LiDAR includes a three-dimensional coordinated data. BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction engineers and managers the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure project. It is helpful for the development of monument BIM models integrated with point cloud obtained form LiDAR. However, there are many practical problems and limitations regarding to the development of BIM models integrated with point cloud obtained form LiDAR. The main purpose of this study is to propose the approach for the development of monument BIM models based on the point cloud model obtained by terrestrial LiDAR. Furthermore, the proposed approach was then applied in the selected monument case study in Kinmen to verify our proposed approach and to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed work. Finally, this study identifies the benefits, limitations, and facing problems through the case study. Finally, conclusion and suggestion are summarized for further applications.
