隋唐長安城與北宋東京（汴梁）城的比較研究
Comparative Study on the Capital Cities of Sui-Tang and Northern Song Dynasties
摘要
本文對隋唐長安城及北宋東京（汴梁）城的建城過程、城市總體布局、道路系統、居住坊里與街巷、商肆等方面進行比較研究。並就此對中國古代城市中，《周禮‧考工記》的影響，坊里制與街巷制的演化，兩種不同類型城市並存發展及城市發展的動力等理論問題進行了論述。

This paper, from a comparative point of view, shows the historical contexts, urban structures, road net-works, residential layout and fabric commercial centres etc. of the capital cities of Sui-Tong Dynasties and Northern Song Dynasty. The paper also gives theoretical explanations for the influence of an ancient urban development code (”Zhou Li. Kao Gong Ji”) to Chinese ancient cities, for the evolution of neighborhood layout from block to terrace system, for the forces of urban development, as well as the coexistence of two different kinds of cities in ancient China.
