The impact of urban planning on property rights is not limited to collection deadline of public facilities reserved land and whether the compensation price is reasonable. Urban planning can influence property rights in many aspects, including the overall development scale and quantity of the urban land readjustment and zone expropriation, the planned scope and limits of the protected area, the illegal use patterns and nature in the agricultural district and industrial district, the transfer area and the moving area of the volume transfer, and the efficiency of urban renewal. This study analyzes the relationship between the above-mentioned public facilities reservations...etc. and property rights from an urban planning perspective. Base on the results, this study also provides implementation and recommendations for the urban planning and comprehensive review.
