摘要


本研究目的在建構商業智慧委外承包商評選指標。本研究以資訊系統委外承包商相關文獻為基礎,針對過去研究的缺口再結合資源基礎理論、資源依賴理論、交易成本理論、代理成本理論、社會交換理論與服務科學觀點,發展出委外承包商的評選指標,並且透過商業智慧的功能與架構來修正,以建構出符合評選商業智慧委外承包商的評選指標。接著本研究透過修正式德菲法請13位專家進行評選指標的新增與篩選,再利用分析層級程序法建立權重值,以建構出商業智慧委外承包商之四構面35個評選指標。就學術界而言,本研究所發展之指標建構程序與評選指標可做為相關研究的基礎;就實務界而言,可做為企業評選商業智慧委外承包商,亦可提供承包商做為自我檢討之參考。

This study developed reliable and valid criteria for evaluating business intelligence outsourcing vendors. Three critical steps comprised the research process. First, we determined possible criteria to outsource information system vendor selection. Second, we applied resource-based theory, resource dependence theory, transaction cost theory, agency cost theory, social exchange theory, and the service science perspective to strengthen the criteria. We then modified the criteria by using business intelligence theory. Finally, the selection criteria were examined by 13 experts through a modified Delphi method, and their opinions were applied to determine the weight of each criteria using the analytic hierarchy process. Our results provided four dimensions and 35 criteria, which can strengthen the vendor selection process to realize higher performance and greater satisfaction.
